Is this the back porch before it was the porch I remember? Or is this grandma and grandpa's house before they had the porch where the stairs went down both ways?
Mark--17 months old
I love this shot of Mark and Uncle Brent.
Mark looks so cute and Uncle Brent looks so happy.
I can just hear him laughing!
Made it!
Is that little stick in the first photo the peach tree? It is so tiny!

Where is this? And is Mark eating a popcicle or a sucker?
Taking a trip on the River Queen.
I'm guessing this is on the Great Salt Lake, yes?
Christmas.
Someone got a bowling ball!
Mom, I remember your pink ball with matching bag and shoes.
Is this it, or is this Dad's?
Mark on his 2nd birthday.
I love the suspenders and the pom poms on the hat!
You rival my own children in cuteness!
Boy, I love this memory lane thing. I think Lee,s getting family history here because she knows I don't journal. (anyway very seldom)
ReplyDeleteThe porch is our back porch before the addition. Mom and dad's back porch always went two ways.
Yes, that is the beginning of our wonderful peach tree. Great things can come from tiny beginnings.
Where Mark is in the summer outfit ( I was going to say cute, but I didn't think Mark would like that)we can't remember. The boat ride must be on the Great Salt Lake, we couldn't swear by it though.
We don't remember the family we stayed with at the World's Fair. In fact we didn't remember we had stayed with a family. I wonder how that happened.----staying with a family----not that we don't remember. It just came to me that your dad found that in the paper----people offering places to stay while visiting the fair.
I left some questions unanswered. Popsicle or sucker. If it was a sucker it would not have had a napkin wrapped around it.
ReplyDeleteThe bowling ball is probably mine because the other things look pretty feminine. I still have the ball, bag and shoes.
Okay, this is the last I'll comment about this posting. Apparently between Mark in his wagon and the next picture we must have gone somewhere. I'm assuming we had a good time. The boat ride looked fun. :)
ReplyDeleteOoooo! I like the new layout Lee!
